Cultivity was founded by Sam Temme from a deep passion for music, creativity and independence. After years of working with international labels and distributors such as Nuclear Blast Records, Believe Digital and Season of Mist, Cultivity was created to empower artists, labels and distributors with the tools to cut through the noise and build sustainable careers. Our mission is simple: cultivating worlds around your music.

Guided by our core values: artist-first, transparency and flexibility, we help our clients grow authentically and effectively in today’s fast-changing industry. Cultivity combines label-grade expertise with a flexible, artist-first approach. Standing at the intersection of creativity and technology, the agency delivers strategies that are both data-driven and fan-focused.

Digital marketing services include performance advertising on Meta, YouTube and Spotify; digital streaming platform optimization; release strategy & planning; audience development; and distribution advising.
